Ionic isn’t working

Hi! I bought my ionic September 2018 I don’t have a year with it and it already stopped working. I’m gonna be honest. I overcharged it once and noticed how it affected the battery. So after that I was always aware to stop charging even before it got to 100% scared that it would get more damaged. A couple of days ago, I was on a rush and charged only 30% and of course it ran out quickly, didn’t last half a day. The next day I tried charging for about an hour. When I tried checking the screen to check how much it had charged the screen showed nothing. It’s been black since then. At first it kinda synced with my phone although it showed nothing in the screen and it started heating up terribly that I had to remove it not to get burned and the lights on the back went crazy. Today I tried charging it again and nothing changes on screen and it starts heating up so I stopped the charge. I’ve tried resetting several times in the last couple of days with the buttons as showed in instructions and the it kinda lights the screen on black for a few seconds and turns off again. No logo, nothing. I’m in Mexico and I believe I still have a warranty so I want to know what’s gonna happen next. I’m very disappointed of seeing so many messages of people having the same problem.

Hi @Claudiasg Sorry to hear about your Ionic. The best thing to do would be to report this to Customer Support and discuss with them what options would be avaliable to you.
