Ionic issues Screen and Heartrate

Hello all,

I have had my Ionic since October 2017 and was really happy with it. recently it has been having issues that a factory reset does not seems to be able to fix.

first my screen seems to have issues around the edges of the screen.  I have always been super careful with my ionic and it seems to be getting worse. Please see screen shot.

The second issue is my heart rate suddenly started maxing out. for no reason. even at rest it is showing me at 160-180BPM and I can check by hand and tell it is not racing that fast.  Please see second screen shot.

Good Morning @SilviaFitbit ,

I have been using a Fitbit continuous since 2015 and always with a HR tracker.  I have never had an issues getting good heart rate accuracy out of my tracker, which is why this was so noticeable. See Below for this and the last two months.
