Ionic issues vs Versa issues

How are the Ionic issues now compared to when it first was released. I have a Versa and am have some issues with it. I’ve talked to customer support and have tried everything they suggested with no resolutions. I’m thinking of sending it back and get an Ionic. What do the Ionic owners think?

I am very happy with mine. It has worked well since I got it with only minor syncing issues ever being a problem for me. So for me syncing has improved and as I never had any other problem I cant say if they have improved or not!
