Ionic issues

I have had nothing but problems with the Ionic, I don't get my notifications, consent updates, it doesn't sync. Spent a lot of money on something that doesn't work not even sure if I want to continue using Fitbit or change to another company

Do you have any other trackers on your account? If so, remove them.

No other trackers just the ionic

Hello @UnHappyUser24 and welcome.  Can you please provide some details on what phone you are using and exactly what issues you are experiencing.  I would suggest you do a RESET in the meantime, which should get you up and running.  Here is a link for Resetting your Ionic:  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Resetting-Your-Ionic/m-p/2866617#M65080
