I got this ionic December 2017 . I've had issues with it nonstop I have been able to work through most of the problems, however yesterday it got stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. I have done 3 factory resets, it works through the updates it installs as the third step, then the Fitbit screen turns green with the Fitbit logo and my phone says update failed. I cannot reconnect through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi the only way I can get anything to happen is to do another factory reset which results in the same Ending Story. I have contacted Fitbit they said you are SOL because your warranty expired a month ago anyone have any suggestions? They did offer me 40% off a new one to which I replied. "I have had nothing but issues with this one....why would I want to spend more money on another!"

Well I figured out that the watch automatically update to OS 3 yesterday night....now i have been having this problem because of that update....

Well now it is totally dead, will not turn on at all. What a piece of s&$%!!!!
