Recording continuous steps after factory reset

My Fitbit Ionic was not recording steps at all and then all of a sudden it was recording way too many. After many attempts to reset, I went back to factory settings. It all seemed to be ok(time, steps, settings...) but minutes later it just began randomly adding steps by the hundreds in or off of my wrist

I am at 9,192 steps and it has only been 45 minutes....and I am sitting on the couch. My heart rate says 162🙄

It probably is time to contact support @Aglendeningb
