Ionic issues

Hi everyone, new to the forum so here goes. My Ionic has started playing up.

1. Heart rate stopped working - I turned off heart rate, restarted watch, turned heart rate on still not working. Tried a few things but eventually did a reset to factory settings. Still not working.

2. While trying various other ideas, my steps just kept going up even though I was actually sitting. Did aprox 5000 actual steps for the day and ended my day with 42000 steps, according to my watch.

3. This morning after charding the watch all night I was on 10000 steps and when I put the watch on, my steps started going down.

 

Please help.

I would restart it 3 times

 

If it does not help I would contact support. I think its time to let it RIP.

I tried your suggestion and unfortunately it did not work. I think you right
its RIP time. The watch was purchased last year March 2019, so hopefully
Fitbit will assist. I have emailed Support.



Aside from my current issue, my Wife's Ionic was 3 months out of warranty
and it looked like it had water ingress. Fitbit basically said bad luck. 2
watches 2 problems?? Time for a different brand possibly.
