I have had fitbit devices for a number of years and have sadly had issues with all of my purchases; but have stayed with Fitbit. I now have a situation where my Ionic has just stopped working. It cost me £299.99 on 28th November 2017. Looking at the forums I find that I am sadly not unique. I have tried to follow the advice on the various forum threads but as the device is totally non-responsive nothing will work.
What can Fitbit do to help?
A device costing £299.99 and which has not been used in anyway that would cause damage to it should last longer than two years surely unless Fitbit disagree with that statement and no something I don't.

It has all been sorted by fitbit 🙂
Thanks to the fitbit support team for a very speedy resolution.
