Hi,

 

I went to check my watch on my wrist and it wasnt on!! I jave tried to turn it on but nothing is happening. Ive used the left and bottom right button lots of times but no luck. It was 50% charged. Ive connected it to the charger and nothing is registering on the screen. It is completely dead!! Its only 5 months old.

I just had the same thing happen to me last night at 8pm Central (looked at the last sync time). It was well charged with an almost full battery.

 

I can't get it to come on at all. It was working fine before that

Hi,

Ive gone through customer services and done all their troubleshooting again!! They couldn't fix it so are sending me a new one.

Hope you get yours sorted.
