Ionic keeps buzzing alerts

My ionic all of a sudden started continually buzzing with notifications desipte notificsnotif being turned off.

 

I have tried resetting. Factory reset twice. But still not lunch.

 

This occured 14monthd after I purchased but less than 12 months since my original ionic had to be returned and replaced for bring faulty.

Thanks for reaching out! I'll glad to give you a hand with your Ionic inquiry. Thanks for trying those steps and for the details about your previous Fitbit. I'd suggest to open your phone's Bluetooth and remove your Fitbit Ionic from there. Then you can restart your Ionic again. You can remove the Fitbit Ionic from the Fitbit account and then set it up again.
