Ionic keeps crashing

I have been using my ionic for around 3 weeks now a d had no problems till  a couple of days ago. It's started crashing and turning it's self off and back on again for no apparent reason. Is this normal, or is anyone else having this problem. Be great to get some advice from others. Cheers

If this is happening frequently i am suggesting factory resetting your Ionic.

After just 3 weeks of use I would not be expecting to do a factory reset. If I have to do that every 3 weeks then it's useless to me.

It's not like it's a cheap watch, so I was expecting it to perform much better. 

If it carries on would be better to get the money back and buy something that works.
