Ionic keeps restarting by itself

Probably a coincidence, but since the spo2 issue in health metrics was fixed my watch constantly resets itself.  What would cause this?

Thank you for the information. At this time, I'd like to let you know that I'm not sure why your Ionic keeps restarting by itself, but I'd recommend performing a manual restart by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.
