Ionic keeps restarting suddenly

My fitbit ionic keeps restarting. This is particularly annoying when doing exercise such as walking or running as you lose the data. This has only started happening in the last few days. 

 

I have already tried both a "soft" reset and a factory reset but makes no difference. 

 

Please could you help get this fixed?
