My Ionic keeps not tracking, then recovers the steps then loses some. It's behaving erratically. I've rebooted twice. How do I fix this? I'm in a Stepbet and can't afford to use. Thanks!

It's happening in the watch. I spoke with support in chat and I'm getting sent a replacement since it's still under warranty.
