I had 50 floors today and when I synced this evening it dropped down to 33. Is this a known issue and does anyone know if there a fix so it doesn't reoccur? Thanks!

It's great to see you around @Minkah!
This sounds pretty weird, so let me help you with that. In order to further assist you could you please take a screenshot of where are you checking this information? In the meantime I recommend performing the restart and keep an eye on it.
Catch you later!

I don't think a screenshot will make a difference now, I was looking at my ionic screen and I had 50 floors. When I synced to my app on my phone it dropped down to 33. I've tried to restart before and the ionic wasn't responding to my holding down the buttons. Can you advise how to restart? Maybe I was doing it wrong.

Hi @MaginB, I figured out how to restart so you dont need to advise on that. I hope the restart helps with a list of problems I'm having with ionic. I have posted a few other issues, most recently I've noticed my ionic is not autodetecting my exercises. Things like walking, stairclimber, and eliptical. (I have been using the app for running so idk if it would miss that too.) My settings are all set to autodetect after 10 minutes so any chance you can check out that post and offer help? I like ionic but all these issues are really upsetting.

Hi @MaginB, I've restarted a few times due to various problems with ionic since the last post here. Today it lost floors again once I synced, I had about 50 and it dropped down to 39. Ionic also grossly undercalculated the mileage and pace of my run today. Is there any hope for a fix or is my watch just defective?
