My ionic music controls wont work with my s8. They work sometimes, and not others, and I need them all the time. I have used approved apps and not approved apps. It never works with approved apps, it sometimes works with unapproved apps. I have it connected with ionic classic. Help!

It's great to have you here @Sarah1929! Let me help you out with the music control issue you're having. I would like you to confirm you've followed this procedure to set up music control. If you've done but you keep having issues, please perform this troubleshoot Why can't I control music on my phone with my Fitbit device?. 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- What kind of issues are you experiencing? 
- Which apps are you using? 
- What exactly happens when it stops working?
