I have the new fitbit ionic and trying to transfer music. I have gone over the troubleshooting tips several times, and nothing. I have emailed the fitbit support and they told me to write here about my problem. I hope someone can help.

How do you expect to get any help from anyone when your problem description is that nothing happened?

Have you got the actual Ionic set up to transfer music too? Go to the music app and tap transfer music ( you may need to scroll down kn the screen), then try transferring from the fitbit app on the laptop. If you have already done that and it hasnt worked restart your Ionic (press left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo appears (around 10 seconds) and wait until it restarts. Then try again. If that doesnt work, restart your laptop, restart the Ionic and try again.
I find I have to restart my Ionic every time I want to transfer music. Let us know if this gets you on track.
