IONIC never worked for steps/heart rate/Sleep. After days of exchange with support it became clear that the product is defective. Since more than 2 weeks , Fitbit support is looking for a hub office near my address in India for collection/return and have now stopped responding to my emails...hope it's a glitch and not Fitbit policy to ignore.
