Ionic new not syncing

I had a replacement ionic delivered yesterday and I have tried everything to get it set up to no avail .

I have tried all the trouble shooting advice and I get a red cross  on every attempt  I have reset at least ten times entered new 4 digit codes shut down my phone ,re set app, to name a few is their anything Fitbit can do help !!!!

Still on step two of three and no progress screen on ionic has white diamond  and my phone app says check ionic for progress
