My Ionic was working fine. Then a month ago I noticed the time was 10 minutes lower than my phone which it was synced to. I tried to sync manually, but it would not. The status circle just kept turning for minutes with not action.
I uninstalled the Fitbit app, then re-installed it. figuring maybe the app was corrupt or had a bug. Then tried to set up my Ionic with my Samsung Galaxy 10S Plus again. Nothing. It will not complete the set up. When it goes to Bluetooth, it is almost like the Ionic's Bluetooth is no longer working.
However my phone shows the Ionic amongst the Bluetooth devices? I have turned the Bluetooth both off and on as recommended in the community forum. Still nothing.
I have even performed both soft and hard resets on the Ionic, and it still will not complete the set up procedure?
Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem, started after my Fitbit required me to do the latest update. All of a sudden last week my time on my watch was off by 17 minutes. I tried to reconnect it to my phone but it wouldn't connect. I uninstalled it from the app which I could never get it reconnected after that. I did a factory reset on the watch itself which seemed to work for about 12 hrs before all of a sudden my watch wouldn't sync again and it was and hour and seventeen minutes off. I started the process all over again and now I can't get my watch to connect to my bluetooth at all and the app can't find my watch. So annoying, it's not like these watches are cheap, no reason after having it for less than a year that there should be issues like that. Fitbit needs to get their crap together.
