Hi all, my Ionic has stopped responding to touch on one side. Sometimes it also glitches as though there's phantom presses. It seemed to start after the firmware update but it's more likely to be a hardware issue.
This was a replacement watch for my first Ionic which died, apparently even though this one also didn't last a year they can't do anything but give me a small discount off another one of their products... 🤔
I am looking to replace the screen myself, does anyone have an Ionic that's died with a non-cracked screen that I could try and get mine up and running with? Thanks!
