Ionic not Accurate

My heart rate is pretty much 80% of the time not accurate. I'm having issues every day with it not syncing. Sleep monitoring is also not very accurate.  I also will take six flights of stairs & my Ionic watch says 0 stairs!!!!

@LMJ8 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not being accurate.

 

I'd recommend performing a restart on Ionic. That should certainly help you out with this.

Also, Fitbit OS 2.1 (new version) is now out. This is a progressive roll out in case you haven't received the update already, but once you get it please make sure to update it.
