I have done all to sync ionic to sams s7 edge. Some days it's possible to sync, it takes time, a lot of time. Now it has'nt been able for several days to sync. I have done everything what I have been told to do.

Hey @Tohead
An have an S8, what I do is go in to BlueTooth on your phone, delete the Ionic from there (don't worry it comes back) force close the FitBit application then Synch, if it doesn't do it after 5 minutes force close the application again.
Let me know if that helps.

Or you can sync through a PC, that's all I do anymore..... the Android mobile app is mostly useless. I've read the iPhone app works much better though lol.

@Tohead I've never heard of a phone manufacturer called Sam, also it would be benificial to give a summary of the problem in the title. Posting in the ionic forum tells us what device the problem is on.
Ok let's make sure the phone app and phone OS are up to date.
First thing if it has been a few days that the phone hasn't been restarted, let's restart now. Android phones need to be restarted at least once a week to clear out memory.
Some times turnning Bluetooth off/on works but I find the app will request this step if it is needed. I usually skip this step and restart the I phone which resets all hardware.
Let's follow @SunsetRunner's advice above which is where I usually start when my tracker won't sync since it usually works for me
If still not syncing I'll swipe unneeded apps out of memory releasing memory has helped me slot with sync problems.
Restart the Ionic by pressing the left and lower right buttons.
If you haven't restarted the phone yet, let's restart it now.
Finally let's go into the ionic settings / about / shutdown then turn the ionic back on.
Let us know how it goes, I have found the steps above have always worked for me.

Sometimes unpairing and repairing it from the phone works too.

Thanks @DramaQueenDiva I knew I forgot something.
This unpaid is done through the phones Bluetooth, then try a sync. It is the job of the app to do the pairing, not the user.
