I have literally spent hours getting to a point of finally downloading and syncing and god only know what else my New Ionic, which I only got as I didn’t want to take phone on runs any more... in Australia we no longer have pandora as they stopped services so I’ve down loaded my playlist from iTunes... now it won’t load as it’s DRM-encrypted!!!! Seriously I’m not very technologically minded hence why it’s taken hours! How do I simply download some running music PLEASE

Hi @Suzanneful,
I don't use iTunes, mostly because of the troubles DRM makes, as you've discovered.
Others have successfully uploaded their iTunes playlists, so I know it is possible.
If you check the sticky threads near the top, read one called "Transferring Personal Music". There are posts there that step-by-step you through.
Don't feel bad, technology is complicated enough, and when different technologies try to play together, it can get, well, interesting. Let me know how you progress after checking that thread I mentioned.

I have created a YouTube video explaining how to transfer music (mp3s) to ionic from a Windows 7 machine using iTunes.
Check it out here:
Hope this helps.

@Suzanneful all of Apple’s iTunes Plus music now sold is in AAC format without DRM. Certainly the music I have is DRM free. How old is your music collection and what format is it? I’m intrigued your encountering DRM if creating playlists in iTunes, unless your just trying to copy streamed radio music, ie you’ve not actually bought it.
