Ionic not Syncing

I have a Pixel XL and although my steps show up on my Ionic they aren't syncing well to my Android Pixel XL or to my Fitness Pal.  PLEASE help.  Don't want to go back to my Surge.  😢

@rarockinrobin Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange as the Pixel XL is a supported device. However, don't worry, there are some workarounds to try that should help you out with this:

 

  • Restart Your Ionic.
  • Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on. 
  • Log out from the Fitbit App, reboot your phone, log back in to the app.
  • Remove your Surge from your account (Open the Fitbit App > tap your tracker's tile > tap your Surge > tap the trash can icon on the top right corner to remove it).
