Ionic not charging properly?

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. My ionic is about 4 months old and in the past few weeks it has shut itself down randomly twice and has had trouble charging. 

It connects to the charger, but won’t always keep charging? Like last night. It was on 21% put it on charge, checked it when I got up and it was in 15%. ??? Help!

How are you charging it?

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Thanks for the advice. I charge with the face down so the charger has a good connection. Ports are clean. Am going to try a reset.
