Ionic not charging

Went from several days of charge to less then 1. Few times recently battery went to 0  I was able to by pressing the buttons reset and get it to charge 3 days ago it went blank have cleaned the connectors have had charging on a wall outlet and laptop and have pushed and held buttons till the cows have come home.  Just a blank screen only 2 years old paid good dollars for what?   Any suggestions?

Getting frustrated received a reply from Ricardo but unable to reply to him.  My watched just died have tried all suggestions and no evidence of life paid very good money for this 2 years ago.  Really liked it but might be time for a change.

Very frustrated now I have a dead fitbit and unable to even logon in on my phone.  What is going on?
