My Ionics has had a whole host of problems — for 6 months the heart rate monitor would not work. Worked with cutomer support for a number of solutions — nothing work. Had to have the Ionics replaced. When I recieved the new one - it worked great for a few days then the battery needed recharging - however it wouldnt recharge. i have been exchanging emails with customer support on ho to remedy - again nothing works. I asked about returning it - they said taht they couldnt take it because its out of the 45 day window. I new had a real chance to use the new fitbit - and now I have to just throw away the money that I spent on it — and it wasnt cheap. Pretty sad. Not a happy camper.

If you battery is not charging; I'd recommend trying these tips that has helped other users in the past.
You could also keep replying to customer support informing that you keep experiencing issues after trying their solutions. This way they can provide other options for you.
