Getting seriously down with Fitbit products now, this is the 3rd Ionic we have had and all have given problems.
This one will now not charge, remains on 0% so no “resetting can be done?
The help tips mean nothing right now, Agent support in this part of the world sucks, which cuts out that option!
Has anyone out there got any possible solution or viable suggestions?

It's great to have you here @Cloudhopper! Thank you for the details that you've mentioned. I would like you to try charging it once again but this time change USB ports and if you get any display then you can try restarting it.
