Hi, I've tried the 3 button trick and it won't switch on, battery wasn't low when I noticed it was not working, doesn't show anything while plugged in, less than 2 weeks old!
Do I take it back to Argos or what?
Thanks

Hi @Stuski thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm glad to give you a hand with your Ionic and a warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Seems odd that suddenly your Ionic stop taking charge, thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your device prior posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or if it's completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for your difficulties, process that you already tried before but I recommend you to try one more time after taking in consideration the information from the help article previously mentioned.
.
Let me know if you ave any additional questions, I'll be here.

Hi Ricardo, thanks for the reply.
Ok so I tried several times and got no response, took it back to Argos for a refund / exchange, handed it to the lady and hey presto it switched on!
2 days of not working and then it just switches back on, unfortunately I had forgotten the lead so she wouldn't accept it but I will be returning to the store tomorrow to exchange.
Can't say I'm impressed as a new Fitbit owner, but I will give it a go with a new unit.
