Hi My Fitbit Ionic has not been used for a few weeks while I was out of the country, it will now not charge at all. I have cleaned the connectors, tried different cables and usb ports including a PC one but still nothing. Any ideas welcome

Since, you mentioned that you haven't used your Ionic for a few week, it can accumulate dust and debris over time. In this case, I would like you to confirm that you cleaned the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using these instructions.
Also, leave your Ionic in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
