I have an ionic and just walked three miles but it recorded only 874 steps with two little feet to the left of the number which I've never seen before.  any help out there?

I would like you to confirm that you've entered your personal information properly and that you can learn more about how accurate are Fitbit trackers here. 

 

Also, the step icon should show a shoe to let you know the amount of steps done. If that's not what you're seeing please provide me with a picture of what you're seeing.
