Ionic not charging

My ionic died yesterday and Will nota charge. I have a voltage meter and checked the charging cable and it shows up fine. I think it's the ionic. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community @Kpeterjames. Thanks for the details mentioned and for checking the charging cable and voltage meter. 

 

I would like you to restart your Ionic and fully charge it but this time try changing USB ports. Also, you can try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
