Ionic not charging

Since half a year i have a problem charging my fitbit. By moving the charger at the ionic, and wiggle it a little, i managed to charge.
But since today is doesnt charge at all.
I already tried to charge with a weaker charger and with te laptop usb 2.0, but that made no difference. Afterwards charging with the more powerfull charger also didnt help.

I hope my question is clear. English is not my native language.

A warm welcome to the Community @BabetteNL. Thanks for taking the time to share what you're experiencing with your Ionic. 

 

I appreciate that you tried moving the charging cable and trying with another one but it's still not charging. I would like you to follow the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

As a side note, we currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English and hope to support more locales in the future!
