My ionic died yesterday. The charge was at 95% full.it just went off and no response. I tried all the trouble shooting steps nothing worked. I called customer care and they told me that its warranty expired in April so they cant replace. I am so mad since this is the second device from fitbit that has died just after the warranty expired. I have an aria scale that just died a month after the warranty expired. I dont think i will buy any more fitbit devices since i think this are common issues that they have refused to resolve
