I am so done with charging my Ionic. The magnetic charging is a joke! I have to spend 20 30 min or more just trying to find the one small spot that will actually connect and then I get continual notices that there isnt enough power to charge. Ive tried every plug different cords usb to computer and nothing works! Fed up!! I may have to start looking for a different watch that can actually be charged!

@Shadowwing Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate that you got in touch with us about your Ionic not charging correctly with your charging cable. I see where you're coming from. 

Before proceeding to create a case on your behalf with our Support team. I would like you to follow all the tips mentioned on this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
