I began using a new Ionic in January. Since then the Ionic does not count floors, does not register elevation gains, and the battery will not last over 2hr 40min on a run before it goes dead. Battery is fully charged for each run. I am an ultra runner and will run 3-6 hours a day. My old $100 Fitbit was so much better. I have done several hard resets. Nothing changes. I have no apps on the watch. On settings I have steps "Off" yet I still get steps even though 'floors" is on. The brightness is set for auto. Should I try a factory rest? The battery charges very quickly. Thank you.
