Ionic not charging

After several attempts to get the heart rate monitor to work by resetting, turning off and on and simply letting the battery run down; now it will not even recognize the charging magnet.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Well I must say I was pleased to see the watch turn back on. I also noticed there was an update and hoped that I was going to be able to use the watch again as I did before. Ooops, spoke to soon heart rate monitor still not working and now it want to calibrate and fails. Won't connect to calibrate now and heart rate monitor still not working. Beginning the hunt for new fitness tracker.

I cannot get my ionic watch to charge.  tried different outlets and ensured the charger is correctly inserted in the watch

I am beyond frustrated trying to get answers on what FITBIT will do for all of us.  YOUR update fried all of our watches!
