Ionic not charging

Hi Guys, for about 3 weeks now my ionic will not charge, I have tried 3 different charging cables. Computer wall out lets and power source. It shows 0% and that is it. No sensors on the back and will not let me do a restart.

Hi Silvia,

Yes I have tried al those, tried cleaning the charging port , left on charge over night and tried several charging cables and no luck.

Hi all,

Pls try this method:

Hold on three buttons together at the same time for a few seconds and wait for the Fitbit logo to show on *while charging* Repeat this several times until you see the logo is on. Otherwise it never response to any charger.
