Hi Guys, for about 3 weeks now my ionic will not charge, I have tried 3 different charging cables. Computer wall out lets and power source. It shows 0% and that is it. No sensors on the back and will not let me do a restart.

Hi all,
Pls try this method:
Hold on three buttons together at the same time for a few seconds and wait for the Fitbit logo to show on *while charging* Repeat this several times until you see the logo is on. Otherwise it never response to any charger.
You can find how it works on YouTube by searching ‘Ionic not charging’.
