Ionic not charging

My Ionic is not charging as of today. Previously there were no issues. i tried cleaning the charging area and trying the USB on multiple outlets but no luck.

 

Any ideas and suggestions?

Keep trying different charging sources.

Does it register that the charging cable has been attached? It should vibrate and bring up the current charge %. Even if it brings up a charging error message - check that the animated charging symbol in the top left of the screen is there. This indicates that it IS charging - regardless of any error.

 

Whilst connected t a charging source press and hold all 3 buttons. When the Fitbit logo appears quickly release the bottom right button only. When the Ionic vibrates, release the other two buttons. Leave it connected to the charger and observe after a couple of minutes.
