Hi, The ionic battery is dead and wont charge. I see a lot of discussion pointing towards factory reset, recommending settings- about- reset. However, despite having the updated app there is no 'about' option! Perhaps I'm being a bit dim but can anyone help??

First Have a look at the suggestion posted here it will help isolate the charging problem.

Avoid the factory reset as sometimes it destroys the watch.

You can check your watch features here in the manual.
