my ionic has stopped synching since 1st march. no matter how many times reboot, turn off turn on watch, uninstall and reinstall app on android the thing will not be found.
"error" when trying to connect via bluetooth..
This is just yet another issue I have had with this thing!
This is already a replacement as the first one just died, dead, unresponsive.. This one whilst working on my wrist, keeping terrible time I might add when it cannot synch, just now refuses to share or connect to the app... Whats the point of this product!!!
How do you turn on bluetooth on the ionic to pair with phone? There's no option!
EXTREMELY frustrated with this product

One person "reported" my post?
WTF does that mean?
Anyhows.. update for others reading this..
I reverted the ionic to factory settings (loosing all saved logged data unfortunately as a consequence)
I then added a new device in the app, and after 4 goes at it, it would find the ionic, pop up a pin code for pairing, then sit there "not finding it" again... 4th time lucky it actually found it (already had obviously as it prompted it to give a pin code) it went through the install process and update, and 20mins later it was working again and syncing again.
During this 20mins waiting for it to fail yet again (I've literally spent hours wasting my time on this thing over the last week) I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 2, as I have literally had a guts full of fitbit product messing up for no good reason. Unreliable and flaky... Ionic will be replaced shortly. I've had enough of it.
Working for now.. Maybe my "fix" will help others, but we can all agree here as consumers, its simply not good enough to have to faff with these units to this extent. They should work and continue to just "work". Unreliability has no place in expensive wearables. Fitbit you need to raise your game.
Samsung now have my business
