My Fitbit app on my iPhone 6/iOS 12.2 is not showing any data since April 23, 2019, the day the app performed an update. It will also not complete a sync and the app says it has not synced since April 23, 2019. I followed all of the steps Fitbit suggested if your app is not syncing: force quit the app, restarted my phone, restarted my Ionic, turned Bluetooth on and off, etc. Still nothing.

i noticed my ionic hadn't synced for over a month. so don't be offended when i ask this question - have you kept the app active and open? because in my case the app wasn't open (which i never keep apps open because i don't need my phone dying). so once i kept it open for an hour or so everything synced.
my guess is you have tried this but if not, give that a try.

I'm having the same issue. My app has not synced since Sunday. I've restarted my phone. I've closed and opened the app. I've emailed support but no response. Frustrating.

My ionic won’t authorize to sync with strava... it started yesterday not sure what’s going on. I’ve tried everything they said to and no change. It’s all through the Fitbit app driving me crazy!
