My Fitbit app on my iPhone 6/iOS 12.2 is not showing any data since April 23, 2019, the day the app performed an update. It will also not complete a sync and the app says it has not synced since April 23, 2019. I followed all of the steps Fitbit suggested if your app is not syncing: force quit the app, restarted my phone, restarted my Ionic, turned Bluetooth on and off, etc. Still nothing.
Best Answeri noticed my ionic hadn't synced for over a month. so don't be offended when i ask this question - have you kept the app active and open? because in my case the app wasn't open (which i never keep apps open because i don't need my phone dying). so once i kept it open for an hour or so everything synced.
my guess is you have tried this but if not, give that a try.
