Hi All,
I wish to keep this simple by creating a thread which shows photographic evidence of FitBit's Ionic Smart Watch fault (which FitBit have confirmed in two emails to me) with the heart rate monitor when doing exercise
My testing was simple, every 1K, I took a reading on the treadmill to gain an average, the Fitbit was on from the start of the 5K run until 5K was completed with run ended at the start of the cool down process.
So, the readings.
LifeFitness
Avg HR = 129bpm
Max(BPM) = 138
Fitbit Ionic (with official fitbit ionic sports strap)
Avg HR = 174bpm
Max(BPM) = 195
Please post your results and maybe together, we can get Fitbit to notice!
