Feedback Ionic

I purchased an Ionic in December of 2017.  8 months later it went bad and had to be replaced.  Now the replacement I have has gone bad once again after 8 months.  After spending a lot of time with customer service the best they would do for me was give me a 25% discount on a new item from fitbit because the original purchase was now out of warranty.

This device does not last and Fitbit has chosen profits over doing what is right.  If the device had failed outside a year I get it.  I'm out of warranty and onward I go.  However, I had two devices fail at 8 months.  If all Fitbit is going to do is give me a 25% discount on a new device, why in the world would I risk 75% of my own money on any Fitbit device when my experience is so bad.

I've been a long time Fitbit user and the brand meant something to me.  Today Fitbit lessened their brand so I will have to go the way of Garmin or Apple.  Goodbye Fitbit!

It's great to see you around @CWKNAPP. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Ionic and our Support team.

Your feedback is appreciated and the Fitbit team is always working to improve its watches and provide you with features that can help you to reach your goals.

Fitbit appreciates your loyalty and being a customer since 2017. Each case is reviewed individually and the option that's provided is based in the Fitbit Warranty.

Hope you can give Fitbit an opportunity in the future.
