Can you tell me where I can send my ionic as it won’t sync with Bluetooth . I have tried to switch on and off numerous times . I finally reset factory settings but can’t sync to Bluetooth to re load . I’m in Sydney

You originally said 5 SE, which is not on the list. If it just SE, yes it is there and should work, but if it is 5 SE it may work or may not.

What phone are you using? It might be a compatability issue.

It surprised me a bit, but I cant see that phone on the Supported Devices List. That may be why you are having problems. Phones that are not supported often work until something upsets the connection (usually an update To phone or tracker), but because it is not suppprted no one is working towards getting it going again.

But first check that notifications are still turned on on the actual Ionic. Long press on the left button and go to the quick menu page (you may need to swipe to the left) and check that notifications are still ON.

If they are, try THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

Thanks for help . Fitbit contacted me and they shipped a new one the day before I went on holidays . Now I know I choose the right brand .their help was second to none and the best customer relations I’ve had in a very long time . It was just over a year old bought for a gift so I’m grateful for all the help .
