Hello,
I recently just updated my fitbit ionic. Since then I have not been able to do anything with it. I can still press the side buttons for alarm or exercise. But when I go to actually click to add new alarm my screen does absolutely nothing. I can't swipe up to look at steps or anything. I have done everything that I can think of, turned fitbit off back on, reset it, changed the clock face thinking it had something to do with it. But nothing has worked 😞 anyone else have any suggestions? Currently waiting to chat with fitbit...

I can not swipe up to see anything as well. When I tap the alarm icon it just goes back to the screen display.

I talked to fitbit and there going to be sending me a new one.
