I have just switched from iPhone to android and I can't connect my watch to the app.
I've gone through all the trouble shooting tips and nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you still have your iPhone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
