My ionic does not coi t stairs or daily activity please assist iam losing vitality points daily due to this.... The problem started with not want to charge then soft restart it now this..... Help please

I'll be glad to assist you with your inquiry about your Fitbit Ionic not tracking floors. Thanks a million for taking the time to restart your Fitbit. I'd suggest to perform a factory reset: On Ionic, open the Settings app ( ) > About > Factory Reset. Please note this process will wipe out all the information of your Ionic, you will have to install all apps again. If this doesn't help please keep me posted so I can request a case for this issue.

My ionic floor count stopped working about a week back. I did a normal RESTART and then a FACTORY RESET. However, after both activities, the floor count still reads Zero "0".

 

I have also send an email in this regard.

 

Please advise, HELP!!!!!!

13  months since I brought the Ionic and 12 months since I started using it, my Ionic stopped counting floor. One month more down the line the vibrations associated with the alarm and with the 10000 steps has also stopped. 

Unfortunately for me the Fitbit has raised their hands and have refused to replace it.

 

So, there goes counting my elevation change and ofcourse I'll not be waking up early as I don't have an alarm 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
