Ionic not counting steps or tracking heart rate.

3 days now and I've tried all the suggestions on the forum. Please help.

I just posted about heart rate not working on my Ionic. It's only 8/9 months old. I never pay attention to steps but will take a look and see if this also happens with me.

Yesterday the steps started going up rapidly even though I was sitting. Battery died. After recharging, I now don't get any steps counted or heart rate registered. Like you I tried all the suggestions on the forum and it's still not working. Very frustrated!

My ionic has exactly the same problem and it started a couple of hours ago - I am on to my third and last ionic - too many problems

Did you ever solve this issue? Mine did the same thing.

I re-started it and followed the Fitbit instructions and it worked for a couple of weeks and then died - Fitbit replaced the watch under warranty

No. Very disappointed. For an expensive product it didn't live up to expectations in the slightest. Now it's just a watch!! Spoke to retailer who said they are always getting returns on fitbit. My next one will be garmin or similar.
